SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
Customer satisfaction is the #1 Priority for everyone at Wedding-Day-Jewelry. We search the world for the highest quality products and bring them to you. We provide a full refund for orders within 7 days (excluding hair accessories, tiaras, veils, earrings for health reasons). If after you have received your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must email us at customerservice@wedding-day-jewelry.com for your return authorization number and information. All returns are required to be approved by our customer service department and must be returned to the correct processing location. If an order is returned without authorization, it will be refused and returned back to you at your cost. We ship thousands of orders every month and cannot process a return without the correct processing information. We provide 100% refund (less shipping and not including products that may not be returned) within 7 days of order receipt as verified by the delivery confirmation scan and verification that the item has not been worn. If the merchandise is not received back in the same brand new, unworn condition it was sent to you, a refund will not be provided and the merchandise will be returned to you at your cost. We do not accept returns on jewelry after 7 days for health reasons.
In order to qualify for a return or exchange, a few simple rules do apply:
First, absolutely no returns or exchanges can be accepted if the original tags are removed from the merchandise. Any merchandise received that shows obvious signs of tampering, being worn or removal of original tags will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense.
Second, email us at customerservice@wedding-day-jewelry.com to attain your return authorization number. When mailing your package, please note that we will only accept packages to our return warehouse using our preferred mailing service, USPS (United States Postal Service) with the RA number. All returns or exchanges mailed using UPS, FedEx or DHL cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender. It is important to mail your return or exchange in protective packaging such as a box or bubble mailer to insure that the merchandise is not damaged during the shipping process. Wedding Day Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise due to lack of care or improper handling.
We strongly recommend you use a delivery confirmation service with your return to guarantee that we have received the merchandise. We are not responsible for items not received by us if they are lost in the mail.
Finally, merchandise received that is damaged, scratched or shows visible wear will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please understand that absolutely no exceptions will be made to this policy. Any merchandise mailed to us that does not follow these guidelines will be returned to the customer at their expense.
